    Returns
    All sales are final. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if you received the wrong items or defective/damaged items.
    Our returns and refunds policy lasts 15 days after receipt. If 15 days have gone by since receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any reason.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
    We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.

    It is the sole discretion of Crowgang whether a refund or exchange will be issued and no guarantee is made that a refund or exchange will made regardless of the time frame after ordering.

    Change of Mind

    Order changes or cancellation requests can be made prior to 12am PST/PDT the day of your order. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed.
    We do not offer any sort of exchanges or refund for change of mind items after this time. This also includes exchanges or refunds for size changes so please double check sizing charts prior to making your purchase. 

    Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods

    Unfortunately in some instances the goods you receive are not up to quality, the wrong size/color or may be damaged for a number of reasons during the manufacturing process. A refund, item exchange (if available) or store credit can be opted for.

    Please email crowgang.info@gmail.com as soon as you are made aware of the issue with your order number, photos and any further information you may have.
    You'll receive an email confirmation and once we conduct an investigation we'll provide you with information on how to return your item. 

    Faulty or Damaged Goods must be sent back to us for inspection and are eligible for either

    • Full Refund
    • Store Credit
    • Item Exchange

    The eligibility is at the sole discretion of Crowgang.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account first.
